RENTAL FEES

Rental fees are due in advance the first of each month. 

US issued checks, money orders or certified checks only.

 

Rental fees are due in advance no later than 45 days before

beginning of lease term. 

US issued checks, money orders or

certified checks only.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Depending on credit report, a security deposit equal to

1 or 2 months rent is due at signing of lease.

US issued checks, money orders or certified checks only. 

Florida-Tenant Act prevails.

A $500 security deposit is due within 5 business days of reserving

the condo.  US issued checks, money orders or certified checks only. 

The security deposit is refunded within 6 weeks of departure, or can

be rolled over for future lease terms.

DEPARTURE CLEAN

 Tenant is required to return property to same condition as

at the beginning of lease.  Minimum cleaning fee is $75.

Cleaning fee is $100 (€75).

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on rental fees paid. 

Florida Landlord-Tenant Act prevails.

Cancellations 30 days prior to lease begin, will be refunded all funds

paid minus security deposit.  After such time, there will be no refund.

APPLICATION

Anyone interested in renting in Lakeside at Parker Lakes must fill out an

Association Application ($100) and allow the Association and/or Landlord to contact

past landlords and professional and personal referrals before allowing occupancy

at the residence.  The Association and/or Landlord may require a Credit Report (max $50).

It may take up to 30 days for an approval by the Association.

Anyone interested in renting in Lakeside at Parker Lakes must fill out an

Association Application ($100/€75) and allow the Association

and/or Landlord to contact past landlords and professional and personal
